User Agreement

1. Introduction
 Welcome to Zago, an AI-powered character dialogue software designed to facilitate interactive and immersive conversational experiences. By accessing or using Zago, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this User Agreement ("Agreement"). Please read this document carefully before using the software.

2. Acceptance of Terms
 By using Zago, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use the software.

• Generating or distributing harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

• Impersonating individuals or organizations without authorization.

• Using the software to harass, threaten, or discriminate against others.

 Zago may collect and store user data to enhance service functionality. Our Privacy Policy outlines how data is gathered, used, and protected. By using Zago, you consent to our data collection practices.

7. Intellectual Property
 All software, content, and trademarks related to Zago remain the intellectual property of its developers. You do not acquire ownership rights by using the software.

 Zago is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

 We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of Zago after modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Termination
 We may suspend or terminate your access to Zago if you violate this Agreement. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred before the termination date.
